Welcome to my latest effort at blogging. This blog is going to be devoted to my interests, concerns and comments on the environment, pollution, ecology, organic gardening and more. You will find that I am a staunch (not radically so) advocate of a clean, healthy and green earth. As a Chef, I try to use as many organically grown and produced products as possible. Sometimes I will probably get on my high horse and sometimes just a little soap box or maybe sometimes gentle persuasion. If you get offended by what I say or comment on or appreciate and understand my point of view just leave a note.
