Hello! My name is Robert but most of my friends call me Gatzbo thereby the name of this blog.  I am Chef/Caretaker for a camp for individuals with Cerebral Palsy located just outside, approximately 30 miles, downtown Chicago, IL.  I consider myself “green” motivated, politically as well as environmentally, an avid organic gardener and critter freak so this blog is devoted to those passions.  Hope you enjoy – leave a comment – I won’t bite.
